Just four stops away on the tube, its location made our travels easy. The hotel is clean and modern, which is a plus for families who appreciate a fresh environment. Our rooms were well-furnished, but we experienced some hiccups like a shower that wasn't functioning properly and a radiator that wasn't turned on. We received mixed reactions from the staff-some were helpful, while others seemed a bit rushed. We did enjoy the breakfast that catered to all our needs. With plenty of choice available, we appreciated the flexibility of choosing our meal time. Although we didn't use the gym and pool, friends mentioned they were good, making this a decent option for families looking to unwind after a day of exploring. Free Wi-Fi was an added bonus, allowing our kids to connect while we planned our next adventures. I can't overlook the need for some improvement in service and room maintenance. It's a reasonable family-friendly accommodation, but there's room for growth.
